This is the gray model from our Knitted Stools series, an upholstered piece with a voluminous seat made with 100% light gray virgin wool. Its three-dimensional texture, based on bulging round donut-shaped curls, is woven by hand. The legs are made of ash wood with a matte finish.

Designer Claire Anne O'Brien has used the technique of hand knitting to create the hypertextured and fluffy seats of the Knitted Stools series, made by hand using different types of stitching and threads. These stools are one of those surprising things that had never been done before, a kind of guerrilla knitting action.

The series is completed by two other stools in similar style: one in a vivid blue color and the other in intense orange, each with a different texture and format.
