DELIVERY ADDRESS
GAN undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address given by the Customer, which must be within European Union territory. To ensure the delivery process runs smoothly, the address given by the Customer must be one at which delivery can be made during normal working hours. GAN is currently unable to accept orders from outside the European Union.
If the Customer is absent when the goods are delivered to the address provided, the carrier will leave a note describing the procedure for arranging a new delivery date and time. If the Customer does not contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery date within seven (7) working days after the first delivery attempt, the goods will be returned to the GAN warehouse and the Customer will be held liable for delivery and return costs, plus any administrative costs incurred.
GAN will not be liable for any delivery errors or damages arising if the address given by the Customer at the time of placing the order is not the correct delivery address.
At the moment of delivery, the Customer will be required to show their identification document to the carrier and sign the delivery note, a copy of which should be given to the Customer.
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to different tax laws to those of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands and are considered extra-Community territories. Customs duty and export taxes are not included in the price of items and must be paid by the receiver to the competent authorities.
Goods in this area are subject to VAT at a rate of 18%, therefore, clients should send the customs declaration (SAD) or invoice signed by customs to shop@gan-rugs.com. We will then check the SAD and credit you for the corresponding VAT.
GREAT BRITAIN
Due to the departure of Great Britain from the European Union (BREXIT) all sales will be subject to customs charges. GAN is not responsible for this charge since it is an import charge at customs of the destination country.
COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION
Gan is not accepting orders outside the European Union.
CANCELLING OR ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER
Customers may cancel or add items to orders that have been accepted and confirmed by GAN, provided the goods have not already been dispatched.
No cancellations or additional items will be accepted once the delivery process has been completed. Any Customer wishing to cancel an order after it has been delivered must follow the returns procedure.
