RETURNS

1. Right of withdrawal

The Client has a maximum of fourteen (14) business days after delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partly, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with the law in force. (According to article 44 of law 7/1996, of 15 January on retail sales amended by law 47/2002 of 19 December)
After fourteen (14) business days, GAN shall not accept returns on the grounds of withdrawal.

If you wish to withdraw from the sale or return of a defective product, you must satisfy the following requirements:

a) The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must have its original instructions, documentation, accessories and, to the extent possible, its packaging and labelling.
b) It must be returned to GAN in the same box or envelope in which it was delivered or, in its absence, in a similar format that guarantees that the product is returned in perfect condition.
c) A copy of the sales receipt and delivery note must be included inside the packet, specifying which products are returned and the grounds on which they are returned.
d) The CLIENT must fill in the complaint form and send it, accompanied by photographs of the defective item, by email to shop@gan-rugs.com

If the product is returned for reasons that are not attributable to GAN, the client will be liable for shipping costs (shipping and return).


Once the returns procedure is complete, the Client will send the goods to the address provided by GAN.

GAN accepts no liability for costs and expenses incurred by the Client for product returns made without following the established procedure and according to the telephone instructions of the Client Services Department.

 

Order cancellation before delivery process.

If the customer decides to cancel the order before the delivery process we will refund the money.

 

2. Reimbursement of the price of the products and client services
Provided that the client follows the procedure and complies with all the requirements established in these General Conditions, GAN will reimburse the price paid by the Client for the products returned, deducting the costs of return.

The Client shall have no right to reimbursement of the price for any products that are not returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, if the procedure is not followed or when the requirements set out in these General Conditions are not observed.

Part returns will lead to part reimbursements of the price. GAN will process the return of the price, normally by bank transfer.

 

3. Returns of Faulty Goods
The Customer will be eligible for a refund if products are found to be faulty or if the items delivered are not those ordered by the Customer. In both these cases, the Customer must return the items to GAN and follow the procedure described above, but they will not be liable for the cost of returning the items.

Provided the Customer has followed the procedure and the requirements set out in these General Conditions have been complied with, GAN will refund the price of the returned goods if they are faulty or if they are not the items ordered by the Customer, as described in the previous section.
